YEA! Northshore Fund
Young Entrepreneurs Academy (YEA!) Northshore begins this fall. YEA! Northshore is a yearlong program that guides middle and high school students through launching and running their own real businesses or social movements.
YEA! Northshore is open to all students in grades 6-12 attending schools in St. Tammany. While in the Academy, students will receive all the necessary tools to launch their very own real, legal businesses! This includes access to valuable resources like attorneys, accountants, business mentors, and graphic designers; plus, an audience with investors for REAL start-up cash. Students will even have the opportunity to win college scholarships.
Applications for this program are available below. Deadline to submit an application is September 12th. The YEA! Northshore classes kick off on Monday, October 3, 2016, and end May 15, 2017. The weekly classes will be held at Southeastern Louisiana University’s St. Tammany Center from 5:00pm to 8:00pm on Mondays.
