The mission of the Pirate Party Fund is to raise awareness of local nonprofit organizations that support those impacted by cancer while celebrating great costuming, great fun, and great causes.

This event, which began as a birthday celebration for Dr. Saux has evolved into a successful fundraiser benefiting cancer patients, survivors, and their families. In the last decade, the annual Pirate Party raised more than $200,000 for local medical and mental health centers and non-profit organizations. These funds supported patient assistance programs and helped remove barriers to care for patients across Covington and the Northshore region.

Event attendees can enjoy delicious food, an open bar, and live music. Attendees can also participate in a live and silent auction featuring local art, unique experiences and an extensive array of goods and services provided by local businesses.
