Empowering Regional Leaders
The Chevron Community Fellows Program
The Chevron Community Fellows program through the Northshore Community Foundation focuses on a small group of community leaders who serve mission-based organizations. The program works to empower them to make a greater impact on their organizations and the region as a whole. The individuals selected to participate in this program have demonstrated a commitment to serving the Northshore, have a broad base of transferable skills, a a willingness to work collaboratively toward shared goals.
The initiative creates collaborative, opportunities-based subject matter for the Fellows to meet on to develop shared objectives and work plans. The program also creates training and development opportunities for the entire cohort to network and skill-build. In addition, Fellows are paired with external community leaders to mentor, aid, and further develop their skills, based on individually identified needs.
Applications will open January 2025 for the upcoming Chevron Fellows class.
