The Mission

The World of Wonder (WOW) fund was established in January of 2014 by Jacqueline “Jinx” Vidrine, Ph.D. seeking to bring together master gardeners, teachers, parents and students to plant and harvest vegetables in our schoolyards

Description

These grants provide funding in to public schools and communities to support garden projects which connect students to their food, therefore to their health and to their community.

The grant awards $250 for new gardens. The expansion of gardens, tree projects, or purchase of edible landscaping requests are funded on a case-by-case basis.
