The mission of the Pirate Party Fund is to raise awareness of local nonprofit organizations that support those impacted by cancer while celebrating great costuming, great fun, and great causes.

History:
What began as a birthday celebration has evolved into a swashbuckling fundraiser benefitting cancer patients, survivors, and first mates. Hosted and organized annually by Covington’s official Pirate Oncologist, Dr. Jay Saux, the Pirate Party helps raise awareness and donations for a select nonprofit every year.

Huge congratulations to Dr. Saux on another successful Pirate Party, raising $42,000! We’re so grateful for Dr. Saux’s commitment to making a difference for local patients, and we’re lucky to have him on the Mary Bird Perkins team. Thank you to everyone who helped make this event such a treasure.
