Staple Food Box for Homebound Seniors

The Northshore Food Bank’s Homebound Senior Mobile Distribution Program provides a Senior Staple Food box to homebound seniors who are facing struggles to financially support all of their needs. This food box weighs 40 pounds and is filled with 18 nonperishable items to help them s-t-r-e-t-c-h their budget to afford other necessary items such as medications, utilities, and other crucial expenses.

Holiday Meal Box

During Thanksgiving, Northshore Food Bank provides eligible participants with a special Holiday Food Box during their regular distribution in November. This box is filled with items needed to prepare a traditional holiday meal at home.
