Pat Brister Legacy Scholarship

Purpose

The Pat Brister Legacy Scholarship was established in 2021 in honor of the late Parish President, Patricia Brister.

Eligibility Details

A Scholarship Review Committee will select from those who apply based on the eligibility criteria outlined. The award is a one-time scholarship.

Female
Graduating senior of a St. Tammany Parish public high school
Demonstrated record of academic achievement
Outstanding service to the surrounding community
Noteworthy achievements
Two letters of recommendation from current teachers, administrators, or coaches and/or a recent/current employer highlighting the student’s service and character

Mackenzie Green

While at LSU in the Roger Hadfield Ogden Honors College, Mackenzie will be majoring in Finance and International Trade on the Pre-Law track. Then after law school, she hopes to become an attorney and serve as a judicial or legislative elected official.
