A Board of Directors governs the Northshore Community Foundation. Members may serve three-year terms. Members may serve two consecutive terms, after which they must rotate off for at least one year. Our board comprises eighteen directors (at most) elected by members. The immediate past Board Chair serves as a member of the Executive Committee and member of the board, as does the Chief Executive Officer of the Foundation.

The Northshore Community Foundation promotes acts of giving by providing donors with strategies and tools to achieve their charitable goals. We are committed to investing gifts wisely and responsibly and distributing those resources back into our communities.
